Order Processing
Thank you for shopping with It’s Her Allure.
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your product selection, length, texture, quantity, billing information, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
Processing and Shipping Time
Shipping may take 10–14 business days.
This timeframe may include order processing, payment verification, product preparation, packaging, and carrier transit time.
Please note that business days do not include weekends, holidays, or days when shipping carriers are closed.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Hair Extensions, Custom Orders, and Special Orders
Some hair extensions, custom orders, raw hair, special-order items, or beauty products may require additional processing time before shipping.
Because hair extensions and beauty products may require preparation, quality checks, or supplier fulfillment, please allow the full estimated shipping timeframe before contacting us for an update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, customs fees, import fees, handling fees, or any additional charges related to delivery.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
It’s Her Allure is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the package has been received by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, It’s Her Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or missing packages.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or delivery investigation.
It’s Her Allure is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. It’s Her Allure is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, staffing shortages, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our control.
A delay in shipping does not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, return, chargeback, or exchange.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of hair extensions, wigs, beauty products, personal care items, custom orders, and special-order products, orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment has been processed.
Please review our Refund Policy and Terms of Service before completing your purchase.
Fraud Prevention
It’s Her Allure takes fraud, unauthorized purchases, false claims, and chargeback abuse seriously.
Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, suspicious billing activity, inconsistent shipping information, or chargeback abuse may be canceled, delayed, refused, or held for additional verification.
Fraudulent activity may be reported to Shopify, the payment processor, shipping carrier, law enforcement, and any other appropriate authority. Violators may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
