All sales are final.

Due to the nature of hair extensions, wigs, beauty products, personal care items, custom orders, and special-order products, purchases from It’s Her Allure are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to, products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, brushed, removed from original packaging, or used in any way.

Shipping Notice

Shipping may take 10–14 business days.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order processing, payment verification, supplier processing, high order volume, weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, It’s Her Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or missing packages.
