Are all sales final?
Yes all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please double-check your order details (texture, length, and quantity) before checkout to ensure accuracy.
All extensions are carefully inspected, sanitized, and quality-checked before shipping. Once hair leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns for any reason.
How long does the hair last?
Our premium raw hair can last 12 months or longer with proper care. Many clients enjoy their bundles for a year or more.
To extend the lifespan:

Use sulfate-free, moisturizing products

Avoid excessive heat and chemicals

Air-dry or use low heat only

Wrap or bonnet your hair nightly

Keep regular maintenance appointments for installs or extensions
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 10 – 14 business days for processing and delivery. Processing times may be longer during holiday seasons (November and December) or promotional sales.
You will receive tracking details once your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Important Note: We do not work for USPS and cannot control shipping delays once your package has been received by the postal service. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and seasonal volume. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
To protect our customers and our brand from fraud or product tampering, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. This includes requests for different textures, lengths, or refunds.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you receive a product that appears defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@itsherallure.com with photos and your order number. Claims after 48 hours cannot be reviewed.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
It’s Her Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your address is accurate and someone is available to receive your package.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Once your package has been received by the postal service, It’s Her Allure has no control over delivery speed or carrier handling. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Fraud & Security
We take fraud seriously. Any fraudulent activity will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If we suspect fraudulent behavior, we will work with law enforcement and payment processors to investigate and pursue legal action.
