All Sales Are Final
Thank you for shopping with It’s Her Allure.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
Due to the nature of hair extensions, wigs, beauty products, personal care items, custom orders, and special-order products, all purchases are final and are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or store credit.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind.

Ordering the wrong length, texture, color, or product.

Shipping delays.

Product packaging being opened or removed.

Hair being brushed, washed, colored, altered, installed, worn, or used.

Beauty or personal care products being opened or used.

Customer preference after receiving the product.

Failure to review product details before purchase.
Please review all product descriptions, lengths, textures, pricing, processing times, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled.
Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, we are unable to guarantee any cancellation request, even if the order has not yet shipped.
Hair Extensions, Wigs, and Beauty Products
Hair extensions, wigs, beauty products, and personal care items are final sale items.
Hair extensions may vary slightly in texture, wave pattern, color, density, and appearance due to the nature of the product, photography, lighting, screen settings, and supplier variations. These variations do not qualify an order for a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or chargeback.
It’s Her Allure is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, heat damage, poor maintenance, product misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or services performed by another stylist, salon, or third party.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@itsherallure.com.
Your message must include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging.

A brief description of the issue.
Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, store credit, or replacement. Each concern will be reviewed at our discretion.
Items that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, brushed, removed from original packaging, or used in any way are not eligible for review.
Shipping Delays
Shipping may take 10–14 business days.
Shipping delays do not qualify an order for a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, store credit, or chargeback.
It’s Her Allure is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, incorrect shipping information, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
It’s Her Allure takes false claims, payment disputes, fraud, and chargeback abuse seriously.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this all-sales-final policy and acknowledge that your order is not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or cancellation once payment has been processed.
Filing a false chargeback after receiving products or services may be considered fraudulent activity.
It’s Her Allure reserves the right to provide order records, payment confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery tracking, IP address information, customer communication, and any other relevant documentation as evidence in chargeback disputes, payment disputes, fraud investigations, or legal proceedings.
Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse may be reported to Shopify, the payment processor, the shipping carrier, law enforcement, and any other appropriate authority. Violators may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
